Do you only work with properties in Kalamazoo?
While I’m based in Kalamazoo, much of my work is with homeowners in other markets. I regularly design and support properties out of state, and have a process in place to make that feel seamless and well-managed from start to finish.
Many of the homeowners I work with are not local to their properties – so creating a smooth, well-communicated experience from a distance is something I prioritize.
Can I hire you for design only, without property management?
Absolutely. Interior Design and Property Management are offered as separate services. Many clients start with design and add hosting support later – there’s no pressure to do both at once.
What does property management include?
Full concierge hosting – guest communication, booking management, calendar coordination, check-in and check-out logistics, cleaning oversight, maintenance coordination, and 24/7 support for your guests.
What platforms do you manage properties on?
I manage listings across Airbnb, VRBO, Furnish Finder, direct booking, and more. I handle the listing creation, calendar management, and guest communication across all platforms.
How long does a typical design project take?
It depends on the scope, but most full-service design projects are completed within 6 to 10 weeks from initial consultation to final installation. I’ll give you a realistic timeline during our first conversation.
Is there a minimum contract length for management?
I work with clients on terms that make sense for their situation. We’ll discuss contract details during our initial conversation so you know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.
