About This Project
There are places you visit, and then there are places that change your pace the moment you arrive. Rainwater was designed to be the latter. Perched on a hilltop in Lucasville, Ohio, this was a rare opportunity, a completely blank canvas, new construction, designed from the ground up with one intention: to make guests feel like they can finally breathe.
Every decision, from the architecture to the last accessory, was made with that exhale in mind. A stunning water fountain greets you as you walk through the door, the sound of it alone sets the tone. Inside, the design is modern organic at its finest. A camel leather artisan sofa anchors the living room with warmth and texture. Thoughtfully curated lighting creates an ambiance that feels both elevated and effortless. And the bedrooms? Luxury beds dressed to feel like a five-star hotel, because rest is the whole point.
