About This Project
Some homes just have good bones. When this classic brick property on Broadway came to us, it had all the character of a home with real history, solid structure, timeless architecture, and a personality just waiting to be brought back to life. It had simply been left behind by time. Outdated finishes, tired interiors, and years of deferred updates had dimmed what was clearly a special property.
That’s where Lauren Taylor Home came in. We took on the full scope, interior design, sourcing, furnishing, and styling with one guiding principle: honor what was already there. The original brick, the vintage charm, the stained glass, the architectural details that give older homes their soul. We kept all of it. Then we layered in a modern organic aesthetic warm textures, natural materials, grounded tones that made the space feel fresh without ever feeling like it forgot where it came from.
The result is a home that guests don’t just book they come back to. She’s a Brickhouse On Broadway is now fully booked on Airbnb and VRBO, delivering a five-star guest experience that starts the moment someone sees the listing. From vacant and overlooked to one of the most charming short-term rentals in Grove City, this project is exactly what Lauren Taylor Home was built to do.
